payment

Once a contract has been approved and a deposit has been made, you are agreeing to uphold all design terms below, along with the customer agreement.  50% of the remaining amount due must be paid seven days prior to start date of project (unless otherwise agreed upon).  Final payment of remaining balance is due upon completion of design and must be paid before administrative rights to the website will be handed over.   All payments will be due upon receipt of invoice.

refunds

byAimee.com does not offer refunds. If you choose to cancel your order, you will lose your deposit or payment.

design credits

Once your new theme, template or design is installed, byAimee.com will add a logo with a hyperlink in the sidebar and/or footer of your website. You agree to keep this credit as long as you have my design on your site. If my logo/link are removed from your website you will be charged a $300 fee if the logo/link are not replaced within 24 hours of notification. byAimee.com retains the ability to use the completed project for marketing purposes, within the byAimee.com portfolio or however I see fit, for business purposes.

communication

Our primary preference for communication is e-mail. Please expect several e-mails from me during the design process for questions that should arise. The sooner you respond, the sooner I can complete your design project.

photo use or graphics

It is the clients responsibility to obtain permissions and copyrights for all images to be used on or within the website/template/design project. byAimee.com is not responsible for the use of photos or graphics.

revisions

Each project has 1 revision built into the contract. Beyond that revision, a $75/hour fee will be charged in addition to the established contract; billed at 15 minute increments. You will be made aware when the revisions are exceeding the allowable amount.

design support

Each client has 3 days of design support once the design & development is complete. Please be sure to check the font, size, style, design, placement of plug-ins, images, links and all other design features. This includes, but not limited too: research, recommendations, follow-up trainings & functionality changes. If after 3 days changes need to be made, you will be charged $75/hour with a minimum of 1 hour.
