Revisions and edits
Design & website development services are eligible for 1 revision before an additional charge is added. All graphics and development submitted for review require a response within 24 hours. If additional services or revisions are requested after 1st revision, and fall outside of the scope of the original contract, they will be billed at $75/hour and payment is due immediately.
The Service Agreement provided is an estimated cost, and should changes come up throughout the design and development process, changes will be brought to the client’s attention and confirmed by signature before website design and development will continue. It is the client’s responsibility to respond to all communication in a timely manner. If there is any delay in getting necessary design approvals, documents, text, images, or other requested material, and we miss our intended deadline, the project will deem a $300 fee to reschedule the project.
byAimee.com, LLC retains ALL RIGHTS to the designs produced. Designs are not to be copied, altered, or used in any way other than specified before installation or delivery of the item purchased. Once your new theme, template or design is installed, byAimee.com will add a logo with a hyperlink in the sidebar and/or footer of your website. You agree to keep this credit as long as you have my design on your site. If the logo/link are removed from your website you will be charged a $450 fee. byAimee.com retains the ability to use the completed project for marketing purposes, within the byAimee.com portfolio or however we see fit, for business purposes.
Deposit is due at the time Service/Design agreement is signed. This will hold the project’s spot on the byAimee.com, LLC design schedule. If the project begins within 7 days of the projects estimated start date, 50% of the Project’s balance will be due along with the signed agreement. The Final payment is due once project enters the “development” stage and all graphics have been approved. We accept payment through PayPal and bank transfer. Work will not begin or commence if payment terms are not met.
By signing the Service Agreement, I am agreeing to the service agreement, terms and conditions, and estimated cost.
We encourage an initial phone consultation and a phone call to go over the final design before the website launches. Our primary preference for communication is e-mail. Please expect several e-mails from me during the design process for questions that should arise. The sooner you respond, the sooner I can complete your design project
Photo or Graphic Use
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain permissions and copyrights for all images to be used on or within the website/template/design project. byAimee.com, LLC is not responsible for the use of photos or graphics.
byAimee.com, LLC does not issue refunds under any circumstances. In the event that you cancel your order, you will lose your deposit and/or full payment.
Three days of support will be available following the completion of your project. Please be sure to spend time on your website and email me with a list of issues or questions you may have. I am unable to satisfy any additional support outside of these three days without charging an hourly rate of $75/hour.
