MEET AIMEE: i’m a total Jesus girl. wife to a US Marine for 10 years and living in sunny Southern California with our 2 sweet kids. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in small business & entrepreneurship from National University. i write a blog with my husband called Small Anchors and am a DIY’er for Fancy Little Things. from a big family of entrepreneurs, i was raised to work hard, be diligent, provide solid customer service and work without abandon to ensure each customer receives the best!

Carmen is the creative mastermind behind The Flair Exchange, an online party emporium which offers handcrafted décor, design ideas, and colorful custom novelties. Carmen’s work has been featured in several publications including Southern Weddings, Babiekins Magazine, and Bird’s Party Magazine. Carmen has worked to develop plans for post-launch growth with mid and entry-level businesses in the online sales community, and specializes in developing media kits, pricing guidelines, and marketing strategies. Carmen earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Florida in 2007.

Having started a successful online business that relies on images to communicate her products to customers, Stephanie developed an interest in helping others online put their best visual foot forward, too. After leaving her job as art director for three newspapers in New York City to relocate cross-country with her husband to Santa Fe, New Mexico, she now offers her skills in Photoshop to brighten, color-correct, retouch and fine-tune images you’ve already taken. In addition to Photoshop, Stephanie loves her German shepherd, chocolate, HGTV and good grammar.
